Last Saturday 21st of March, I went to explore this fantastic museum Micropia next to the Amsterdam zoo. It opened only last year and the exibition is very well presented and all the contents are clearily explained with simple language. You can find out a lot about our microworld. It really deserves a visit!!!

1.Introduction

In this post I'm collecting all the development of the incubator. Inspired by the research of Hans Jenny (and Ernst Chaldni before of course), I want to conduct experiment on bacteria cultures exposed to continuous sound emissions, because of the geometrical analogy between forms in music and forms in nature, and try to manipulate that.

Every bacterium or algae or fungi has its own specific conditions in which to grow. Food is important for us as much as nutrients are really important for them! A balanced recipe is necessary to prepare their living habitat. That is called medium and here it's our list of cultivation media.
